Today was pretty good. Though I felt really tired, but tomorrow is my day off, so I guess I'll be fine. One of the biggest decisions I need to make right now, is if I should by a bow. I think I have enough money, but I can't decide if its a good idea. But I'm leaning towards getting it.
For devotions tonight I was reading a book called "Gaining Favor With God and Man". It's one of my favorites full off stories about people in history who defied the odds and rising above the norm. Tonight's section was titled "Observation". Observation plays a huge part into our daily lives. especially in the work field. In my job here the powers of observation could be the difference in someone getting hurt. Generally if someone is not paying attention to their surroundings something bad is sure to not be far behind.
Over the past couple of days there was a friend of mine from ALERT here visiting. I was very good to see him! I look back and so often I find myself thinking about how I probably never see most of them again. Yet they made such a big impact on my life. I find it to be amazing how God will work in and through someone you barely know.
The challenge is getting very difficult and is starting to really eat up the spare time in the day. which is good because it will mean I will have to learn how to manage my time or I will never make it to the end. Today is the 17th day of the challenge, and already God has done tremendous things in my life. I know only more is to follow.
Goodnight!
