Today I am working on catching up everything I am behind in. To add to this, I'm sick. I'm not sure with what yet, but it has to do with the stomach. I am also very tired. I didn't get to sleep until 02:30 last night. I have gotten some sleep today, but not much.
I have been studying prayer in the book I'm reading for the last 3 chapters now, and it has proven to be very helpful. It discusses many tips to a healthy prayer life, like praying through scripture, praying categorically, and starting off small. These are all things I have heard many times, but I haven't ever really tried to apply then until recently. Growing my prayer life has always been something I've wanted to do, but kept procrastinating about. Now I have no excuses. I look forward to seeing God radically change my life through the time I spend with Him. I also am starting to get a better understanding of the power of prayer. My new answer for everything is, Prayer and fasting. Fasting. Thats another thing thats mind boggling. Fasting in its-self doesn't seem to offer any benefits, but as I'm reading when it's combined with fasting and focus on God, it becomes very powerful.
