Day 22

Yet another make up day, but I don't have many more to go until I'm all caught up. Yay. On this day, in the evening, we took the cadets out to the wilderness and gave them a challenge. They had to split up into teams and build shelters. The team with the best shelter would get 3 packs of ramen. Ramen for them is like gold! They will do anything for just one pack that's not cooked. Two days ago two of the cadets did 1,000 squats each nonstop for one pack apiece! The wild blackberries are now in season so we are also taking cadets out to pick them. We have quite a bit on our property. It's a fun thing for the cadets because they have to find them. And they can eat them. They like that part. I've got a lot of stuff to do on my truck before the end of next week and I only hope I can get it all done in time.
